I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A C , Governor of the State of
New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 103 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do,
by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 1 to that Act (Departments) by
inserting after the matter relating to the Department of Housing the

following matter:

Ministry of Housing, Planning and	Director-General of the
Urban Affairs	Ministry.
