PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 42D, 103 and 104 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation:

amend Schedule 1 to that Act (Departments) by inserting in

alphabetical order of departments the following matter:

Department of Juvenile Justice Director-General
of the Department.

amend Schedule 2 to that Act (Administrative Offices) by
omitting the matter relating to the Office of Juvenile Justice;
amend Part 2 of Schedule 3A to that Act (Chief Executive
Positions) by omitting the position of Director of the Office of

Juvenile Justice;

Positions) by omitting the matter relating to the Office of Juvenile

amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior Executive

Justice and by inserting instead the following matter:

Department of Juvenile Justice

Deputy Director-General
