PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 42D and 604 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)	amend column 1 of Schedule 2 to that Act (Administrative Offices) by inserting the words “(except State Forests)” after the title of the Forestry Commission;
(b)	amend Schedule 2 to that Act by inserting after the matter relating to the State Emergency Service the following matter:
State Forests, Forestry Managing Director of State

Commission Forests

(c) amend Part 2 of Schedule 3A to that Act by inserting after the position of Director-General of the State Emergency Service the position of Managing Director of State Forests.
