PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 42D and 104 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, and with effect on and from the commencement of Division 1 of Part 6 and Part 8 of the Community Services (Complaints, Appeals and Monitoring) Act 1993:

(a) amend Schedule 2 to that Act (Administrative Offices) by inserting in alphabetical order of offices the following matter:

Community Services Commission Commissioner for

Community Services.

(b) amend Part 2 of Schedule 3A to that Act (Chief Executive Positions) by inserting in alphabetical order of offices the position of Commissioner for Community Services.
