PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 42D and 104 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend:

(a)	Schedule 2 to that Act (Administrative Offices) by omitting the matter relating to the Office of Justice Planning and Co-ordination;
(b)	Part 2 of Schedule 3A to that Act (Chief Executive Positions) by omitting the position of Director of the Office of Justice Planning and Co-ordination.
