I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 42D and 104 of the Public Sector Management Act

1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedules 2, 3A and 3B to
that Act as set out in Appendices 1–3 to this Proclamation, with effect on

and from I July 1993.

APPENDIX 1—AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 2 TO THE

ACT (ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES)

(1) Insert in alphabetical order:

Urban Parks Agency Director-General of the Agency.

(2) Omit the matter relating to the Bicentennial Park Trust and the

Centennial Park Trust.

APPENDIX 2—AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 3A TO THE

ACT (CHIEF EXECUTIVE POSITIONS)

Insert in Part 2, in alphabetical order of authorities, the position of

Director-General of the Urban Parks Agency.

APPENDIX 3—AMENDMENT OF PART 1 OF SCHEDULE 3B

TO THE ACT (SENIOR EXECUTIVE POSITIONS)

Omit the matter relating to the Centennial Park Trust and insert the position of Director, Centennial Park and Moore Park under the heading Urban Parks Agency after the positions relating to the Treasury.
