I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 42D, 103 and 104 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedules 1, 2, 3A and 3 B to that Act as set out in Appendices 1–4 to this Proclamation. with effect on and from 1 July 1993.

APPENDIX 1—AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 1 TO THE
ACT (DEPARTMENTS)
(1) Insert in alphabetical order:
Department of Business and Director-General of the
Regional Development Department.
(2) Omit “Ministry for Police”, insert instead “Ministry for Police
and Emergency Services”
(3) Omit the matter relating to the Department of State Development.
