PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, AC. , Governor of the State
of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in
pursuance of sections 42D and 103 of the Public Sector Management Act

1988, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)	amend Schedule 1 to that Act (Departments) by omitting the matter relating to the Ministry for Health;
(b)	amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior Executive

Positions):

• by omitting the positions relating to the Ministry for Health;

• by inserting at the end of the positions relating to the Department of Wealth the position of Deputy Executive Director, Health Policy;

• by inserting after the positions relating to the Department

of School Education the following matter:

Social Policy Directorate

Director, Office on Social Policy
Director, Office on Ageing

Director, Disability Services Unit
