PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT ACT 1988—

PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 42D, 103 and 104 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)	amend Schedule I to that Act (Departments) by omitting from the matter relating to the Department of Water Resources the word “Director” and by inserting instead the words ‘‘Director-General”;
(b)	amend Schedule 2 to that Act (Administrative Offices) by omitting from the matter relating to the Social Policy Directorate the word “Director” and by inserting instead the words “Executive Director”;

(c) amend Part 2 of Schedule 3A (Heads of Administrative Offices):

(i)  by omitting the position of Director-General of Corrective Services and by inserting instead the position of Commissioner of Corrective Services;

(ii)  by omitting the position of Director of the Social Policy Directorate and by inserting instead the position of Executive Director of the Social Policy Directorate;

(d) amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior Executive Positions) as set out in the Appendix to this Proclamation.
