PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT ACT 1988—

PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 42D, 103 and 104 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)	amend Schedule 1 to that Act (Departments) by omitting from Column 1 the words “Ministry of Health and Community Services” and by inserting instead the words “Ministry for Health”;
(b)	amend Schedule 2 to that Act (Administrative Offices) by inserting in alphabetical order the following matter:

Social Policy Directorate Director of the Directorate.

(c) amend Part 2 of Schedule 3A to that Act (Chief Executive Positions) by inserting, in alphabetical order of authorities, the following position:

Director of the Social Policy Directorate

(d) amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior Executive Positions) by omitting the heading Ministry of Health and Community Services and by inserting instead the heading Ministry

for Health;

(e) amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior Executive Positions) by omitting from the positions relating to the Ministry for Health the position of Director, Office of Social Policy.
