PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 42D and 103 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, with effect on and from 1 July 1992:

(a)	amend Schedule 1 to that Act (Departments) by omitting the matter relating to the New South Wales Superannuation Office;
(b)	amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior Executive Positions) by omitting the positions relating to the New South Wales Superannuation Office and by inserting those positions at the end of the positions relating to the Department of Industrial Relations, Employment, Training and Further Education.
