PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 42D, 86 and 104 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedules 2, 3 and 3B to that Act as set out in Appendices 1–3 to this Proclamation.
