I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 42D, 103 and 104 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedules 1, 2, 3A and 3B to that Act as set out in Appendices 1–4 to this Proclamation.

APPENDIX 1—AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 1 TO THE

ACT (DEPARTMENTS)

(1) Omit the matter relating to the Office of Education and Youth

Affairs, insert instead:

Ministry of Education and Youth Executive Director of

Affairs the Ministry.

(2) Insert in alphabetical order:

Ministry of Health and Community Chief Executive of the

Services Ministry.

APPENDIX 2—AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 2 TO THE

ACT (ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES)

(1) Omit the matter relating to the Office of Health Policy.

(2) Omit the matter relating to the Office of the Minister for Justice,

insert instead in alphabetical order:

Office of Justice Planning and Director of the Office.

ACT (CHIEF EXECUTIVE POSITIONS)

From Part 2 (Heads of Administrative Offices), omit the position of Director of the Office of the Minister for Justice, insert instead, in
alphabetical order of authorities, the following position:

APPENDIX 4—AMENDMENT OF PART 1 OF SCHEDULE 3B

TO THE ACT (SENIOR EXECUTIVE POSITIONS)

(1) Omit from the positions relating to the Department of Community

Services the following positions:

(2) Omit the heading Office of Education and Youth Affairs, insert
