I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New

South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 42D of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3B to that Act as set out in Appendix 1 to this Proclamation, with effect on the commencement of item (5) (a) and (b) of the amendments to the Public Sector Management Act 1988 in Schedule 3 to the Protection of the Environment Administration Act 1991.
