I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 42D and 104 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedules 2, 3A and 3B to that Act as set out in Appendices 1–3 to this Proclamation .

APPENDIX 1—AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 2 TO THE

ACT (ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES)

Omit the matter relating to the Land Titles Office and the

Valuer-General’s Department.

APPENDIX 2—AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 3A TO THE

ACT (CHIEF EXECUTIVE POSITIONS)

From Part 2, omit the position of Director of Land Title Office.

APPENDIX 3—AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 3B TO THE

ACT (SENIOR EXECUTIVE POSITIONS)

Omit the positions relating to the Land Titles Office and the positions relating to the Valuer-General’s Department and insert those positions (together with the position of Director of the Land Titles Office) at the end of the positions relating to the Department of Conservation and Land Management.
