PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT ACT 1988—

PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 42D and 104 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a) amend Schedule 2 to that Act (Administrative Offices) by omitting the matter relating to the Office of Fisheries and by inserting instead the following:

NSW Fisheries Director of NSW Fisheries

(b)	amend Schedule 3A to that Act (Chief Executive Positions) by omitting from Part 2 (Heads of Administrative Offices) the position of Director of the Office of Fisheries and by inserting instead the position of Director of NSW Fisheries;
(c)	amend Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior Executive Positions) by omitting from Part 1 the following:

Office of Fisheries

Deputy Director of Fisheries

and by inserting instead the following:

NSW Fisheries

Director, Fisheries Research
