I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 42D and 103 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedules 1 and 3B to that Act as set out in Appendices 1 and 2 to this Proclamation, with effect immediately after the commencement of the Technical and Further Education Commission Act 1990.

APPENDIX 1- AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 1 TO THE ACT

DEPARTMENTS)

Schedule 1 to the Public Sector Management Act 1988 is amended:

(a)	by omitting the matter relating to the Department of Further Education, Training and Employment;
(b)	by omitting the matter relating to the Department of Industrial Relations and by inserting instead the following:
