I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 42D of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior Executive Positions) as set out in Appendix 1 to this Proclamation.

APPENDIX 1—AMENDMENTS

Part 1 of Schedule 3B to the Public Sector Management Act 1988 is

amended:

(a)	by omitting the heading Ministry of Education, Youth and Women’s Affairs and by inserting instead the heading Office of Education and Youth Affairs;
(b)	by omitting from the positions relating to the Office of Education and Youth Affairs the following position:

Executive Officer, Office of Youth Affairs

and by inserting instead the following position:

Director, Office of Youth Affairs

(c) by omitting from the positions relating to the Department of Industrial Relations, Employment, Training and Further Education the following position:

Executive Director, Management Services

and by inserting instead the following positions:

Deputy Director, Professional Programs, Administration and

Delivery, Adult Migrant Education Service

General Manager, Vocational Education and Training

Accreditation

(d) by omitting from the positions relating to the Technical and Further Education Commission the following position:

Manager, Adult Migrant Education and Literacy Services

and by inserting instead the following position at the end of the positions relating to the Department of Industrial Relations, Employment, Training and Further Education:

Director, Adult Migrant Education Service
