I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 42D of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedules 3A and 3B to that Act as set out in Appendices 1 and 2 to this Proclamation.

APPENDIX 1—AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 3A TO THE

ACT (CHIEF EXECUTIVE POSITIONS)

Part 3 (Heads of Public Authorities) of Schedule 3A to the Public Sector Managernent Act 1988 is amended by inserting in alphabetical order of public authorities the following position:

APPENDIX 2—AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 3B TO THE

ACT (SENIOR EXECUTIVE POSITIONS)

Part 1 of Schedule 3B to the Public Sector Management Act 1988 is

amended:

(a) by inserting at the end of the positions relating to the Attorney General’s Department the following positions:

Clerk of the Local Court, Parramatta
Clerk of the Local Court, Wollongong

Clerk of the Local Court, Newcastle

(b) by omitting from the positions relating to Business and Consumer Affairs the following positions:

Director, Management
Director, Planning and Review
Senior Deputy Director, Business Services

Deputy Director, Business Services

and by inserting instead the following positions:

Senior Deputy Director, Operational Support

Senior Deputy Director, Commercial

(c) by inserting at the end of the positions relating to the Chief Secretary’s Department the following positions:
