I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAR, Governor of the State of New

South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 103 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 1 to that Act by omitting the matter relating to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Women’s Affairs and by inserting instead the following:

Office of Education and Youth Director of the Office.
