PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT ACT 1988 - PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 42D of the Public Sector Management Act 1988,
do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3B (Senior Executive
Positions) to that Act as set out in Appendix 1 to this Proclamation.
Pursuant to section 42W (5) of the Public Sector Management Act
1988 and as a consequence of the insertion of the position of Deputy
General Manager of the Motor Accidents Authority in Part 2 of
Schedule 3B to that Act, the amendments made by the Miscellaneous
Acts (Public Sector Executives Employment) Amendment Act 1989 to
the Motor Accidents Act 1988 apply to that position. This Proclamation takes effect on 9 February 1990. Signed and sealed at Sydney this seventh day of February 1990.
