PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 42D and 103 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by thi Proclamation, amend Schedules 1 and 3B to that Act as set out Appendices 1 and 2 to this Proclamation.

APPENDIX 1 - AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 1 TO THE ACT

(DEPARTMENTS)

Column 1 of Schedule 1 to the Public Sector Management Act 1988 is amended by omitting "Ministry of School Education and Youth Affairs" and by inserting instead "Ministry of Education, Youth and Women's Affairs".

(SENIOR EXECUTIVE POSITIONS)

Part 1 of Schedule 3B to the Public Sector Management Act 1988

is amended:

(a)	by omitting the words "Ministry of Education and Youth Affairs” and by inserting instead the words “Ministry of Education, Youth and Women’s Affairs”
