PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT ACT 1988 - PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of
New South Wale, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 42D and 103 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a) amend Schedule 1 (Departments) to that Act by omitting the matter relating to the Department of Administrative Services and by inserting in that Schedule after the matter relating to the Chief Secretary's Department the following matter:

Commercial Services Group Managing Director

(b) amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B (Senior Executive Positions) to that Act by omitting the positions relating to the Department of Administrative Services and by inserting them (under the heading Commercial Services Group) after the positions relating to the Chief Secretary’s Department.
