I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 42D of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior Executive Positions) as set out in Appendix 1 to this Proclamation.

APPENDIX 1 - AMENDMENTS

Part 1 of Schedule 3B to the Public Sector Management Act 1988

is amended:

(a) by omitting from the positions relating to the Department of Administrative Services the following position:

and by inserting instead the following position:

General Manager, Commercial Services

(b)	by omitting the positions and matter relating to the Board of Fire Commissioners of New South Wales;
(c)	by inserting at the end of the positions relating to the Department of Corrective Services the following positions:
