PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT ACT 1988 - PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State
of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 103 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend column 1 of Schedule 1:

(a)	by omitting "Ministry of Education and Youth Affairs" and by inserting instead "Ministry of School Education and Youth Affairs";
(b)	by omitting "Department of Industrial Relations and Employment" and by inserting instead "Department of Industrial Relations";
(c)	by omitting "Department of Technical and Further Education'' and by inserting instead "Department of Further Education, Training and Employment".
