I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 42D of the Public Sector Management Act 1988 do, by this my Proclamation, amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior Executive Positions) as set out in Appendix 1 to this Proclamation.

APPENDIX 1 - AMENDMENTS

Part 1 of Schedule 3B to the Public Sector Management Act 1988

is amended:

(a) by inserting at the end of the positions relating to the Department of Administrative Services the following positions:

Assistant Director, Telecommunications
Assistant Director, General Purchasing and Supply

Assistant Director, Information Technology Purchasing

(b) by omitting from the positions relating to Business and Consumer Affairs the following positions:

Director, Policy
Deputy Director, Consumer Services, and Commissioner for
Consumer Affairs

Director, Executive Support

and by inserting instead the following positions respectively:

Director, Policy, and Commissioner for Consumer Affairs
Deputy Director, Consumer Services

Deputy Director, Management

(c) by inserting at the end of the positions relating to the State Rail Authority the following positions:

Manager, Automatic Fare Collection
Signals Standards Engineer
Electrical Standards Engineer

Track and Standards Engineer

(d) by omitting from the positions relating to the Waste Management Authority the following position:

and by inserting instead the following position:
