PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State

of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, with effect on 29 January 1990:

(a) amend Schedule 1 to that Act by omitting the matter relating to the Ministry of Transport and by inserting instead the following matter:

Department of Transport Director-General of

the Department.

(b) amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act by omitting the positions relating to the Ministry of Transport and by inserting instead the following positions:

Department of Transport

Deputy Director-General
Executive Director, Strategic Planning and Studies
Executive Director, Service, Planning and Co-ordination
Executive Director, Corporate Services
