I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 42D of the Public Sector Management Act 1988 do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior Executive Positions) as set out in Appendix 1 to this Proclamation.

APPENDIX 1 - AMENDMENTS

1. Part 1 of Schedule 3B to the Public Sector Management Act 1988

is amended:

(a) by inserting at the end of the positions relating to the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries the following position:

Director, Sustainable Agriculture and Fisheries

(b) by inserting at the end of the positions relating to the Department of Health the following position:

Chief Nursing Officer

(c) by inserting at the end of the positions relating to the Property Services Group the following position:

Development Manager

(d) by inserting at the end of the positions relating to the State Authorities Superannuation Board the following position:

Manager, Corporate Accounting

(e) by inserting at the end of the positions relating to the Totalizator Agency Board the following position:

Deputy Director of Finance

(f) by inserting at the end of the positions relating to the Waste Management Authority the following positions:

Financial Manager
Liquid Waste Manager
Marketing Manager

2. Part 2 of Schedule 3B to the Public Sector Management Act 1988 is amended by inserting before the positions in that Part the following positions:

Chairman of Commissioners of Inquiry (under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979)

Deputy Chairman of Commissioners of Inquiry (under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979)

Commissioner of Inquiry (under the Environmental

Planning and Assessment Act 1979) (2 positions)
