I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 42D of the Public Sector Management Act 1988 do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior Executive Positions) as set out in Appendix 1 to this Proclamation.

APPENDIX 1 - AMENDMENTS
1. Part 1 of Schedule 3B to the Public Sector Management Act 1988
is amended:

by inserting at the end of the positions relating to the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries the following position:
