PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT ACT 1988 - PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 103 and 104 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, with effect from 11 May 1990:

(a) amend Schedule 1 to that Act by inserting, in alphabetical order, the following:

Department of Bush Fire Director-General of

Services the Department

(b) amend Schedule 2 to that Act by omitting the matter relating to the Bush Fire Council.
