I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 42D of the Public Sector Management Act 1988 do, by this my Proclamation, amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior Executive Positions) as set out in Appendix 1 to this Proclamation.

APPENDIX 1 – AMENDMENTS

Part 1 of Schedule 3B to the Public Sector Management Act 1988

is amended:

(a) by omitting from the positions relating to the Attorney General’s Department the position of Assistant Crown Solicitor (Conveyancing) and by inserting instead the following position:

(b) by inserting at the end of the positions relating to the Motor Accidents Authority the following position:

(c) by inserting after the positions relating to the Premier’s Department the following positions:

(d) by inserting at the end of the positions relating to the Treasury the following positions:
