PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 42D of the Public Sector Management Act 1988 do, by this my Proclamation, amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior Executive Positions) as set out in Appendix 1 to this Proclamation.

APPENDIX 1 - AMENDMENTS

Part 1 of Schedule 3B to the Public Sector Management Act 1988

is amended:

(a)

by inserting at the end of the positions relating to the Department of Administrative Services the following positions:

Executive Director, State Purchasing Council

(b)

by inserting at the end of the positions relating to the Department of Industrial Relations and Employment the following positions:

Assistant Director, Labour Market Policy

Assistant Director, Industrial Relations Policy

(c)

by inserting at the end of the positions relating to the Public Works Department the following positions:

Personnel Manager

Corporate Accounting Manager

(d)

by inserting after the positions relating to the State Authorities Superannuation Board the following positions:

Executive Director (3 positions)
Assistant Director, Trade
Official Representative, Tokyo

General Manager (7 positions)

(e)

by inserting after the positions relating to the Department of Water Resources the following positions:
