I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State
of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 42D of the Public Sector Management Act 1988
do, by this my Proclamation, amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act
(Senior Executive Positions) as set out in Appendix 1 to this

Proclamation.

APPENDIX 1 - AMENDMENTS

Part 1 of Schedule 3B to the Public Sector Management Act 1988

is amended:

1990 - No. 149

(a) by inserting at the end of the positions relating to the Department of Corrective Services the following position:

Executive Director, Strategic Services

(b) by inserting at the end of the positions relating to the Ministry of Education and Youth Affairs the following positions:

Manager, Program Evaluation, Audit and Special Projects

Manager, Tertiary and Commonwealth Relations

(c) by omitting from the positions relating to the Department of Health the following positions:

Executive Director, Public Health
Regional Director, Central West Region
Regional Director, North Eastern Region

Deputy Regional Director, North Eastern Region

and by inserting instead the following positions respectively.

Executive Director, Public Health, and Chief Health Officer
Regional Director, Central Western Region
Regional Director, New England Region

Deputy Regional Director, New England Region

(d) by inserting at the end of the positions relating to the National Parks and Wildlife Service the following position:

Regional Manager, Central Region

(e) by inserting at the end of the positions relating to the Premier’s Department the following position:

Solicitor Assisting the Chelmsford Royal Commission

(f) by inserting after the positions relating to the Totalizer Agency Board the following positions:
