I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 103 of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, with effect on 2 March 1990, amend Schedule 1 to that Act by omitting the matter relating to the Ministry of Education and Youth Affairs and by inserting instead the following matter:

Ministry of Education and Executive Director of

Youth Affairs the Ministry
