Construction of certain reference in Technical and Further Education
Commission Act 1990
2. The reference in section 11 (2) (c) of the Technical and Further Education Commission Act 1990 to the Director-General of the Department of Further Education, Training and Employment (required by previous orders to be construed as reference to the Director-General of the Department of Training and Education Co-ordination) is to be construed as a reference to the Assistant Director-General (Policy and Executive Services) of the Department of Training and Education Co-ordination.

3. A reference in section 100 (2) (c) of the Education Reform Act 1990 to the Executive Director of the Ministry of Education and Youth Affairs (required by clause 3 of the Public Sector Management—Administrative Changes (General) Order 1995 to be construed as a reference to the Director-General of the Department of Training and Education Co-ordination) is to be construed as a reference to the Assistant Director-General (Policy and Executive Services) of the Department of Training and Further Education.

Training Act 1994
4. The reference in section 5 (2) (a) of the Board of Vocational Education and Training Act 1994 to the Director-General of the Department of Industrial Relations, Employment, Training and Further Education (required by previous orders to be construed as a reference to the Director-General of the Department of Training and Education Co-ordination) is required to be construed as a reference to the Assistant Director-General (Policy and Executive Services) of the Department of Training and Education Co-ordination.
