PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT ACT 1988—

PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 42D of the Public Sector Management Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Part 1 of Schedule 3B to that Act (Senior executive positions), with effect on and from 19 May 1997:

(a)

by omitting from the descriptions of positions relating to the Department of Community Services the following:
