Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Sector Management (Housing) Order 1995.

Amendment of Schedule 1 (departments)

2. Schedule 1 to the Public Sector Management Act 1988 is amended by omitting from Column 2 the words “Director of Housing” and by inserting instead the words “Director-General of the Department”.

Construction of references to Director of Housing

3. In any Act or statutory instrument, or any other instrument, or any contract or agreement, a reference to the Director of Housing is to be construed as a reference to the Director-General of the Department of Housing.
