Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Administrative Changes (Minister

for Fair Trading) Order 1995.

Construction of references to Minister for Consumer Affairs

2. A reference in any Act or statutory instrument, or in any other
instrument, or in any contract or agreement, to the Minister for Consumer
Affairs is to be construed as a reference to the Minister for Fair Trading.
