HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Public Sector Executives Superannuation Regulation 1989 is amended by omitting clause 4.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Regulation 1989 so as to remove a clause which provides that certain specified employment benfits provided to chief executive officers, senior executive officers and others are to be treated as a salary for superannuation purposes. This matter is now dealt with by the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989.
