I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 58 of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 (Additional employers) to that Act by inserting, in alphabetical order in the list of employers in that Schedule, with effect on and from 3 1 December 1993, the following names:

Balranald Shire Council
Copmanhurst Shire Council
The Council of the Municipality of Kiama
Leeton Shire Council
Nundle Shire Council
Oberon Council
Orange City Council
Parramatta City Council
Rylstone Council

Tweed Shire Council

EXPLANATORY NOTE

As a result of the passing of the Superannuation Legislation (Further Amendment) Act 1993, only employers are now listed in Schedule 1 to the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989 and only the holders of offices with those employers designated by the Director–General of the Premier’s Department are eligible to be members of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Fund. This Order adds the names of further employers to the list in that Schedule.
