PUBLIC SECTOR EXECUTIVES SUPERANNUATION ACT

1989—ORDER

(Relating to names of employers)

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 58 (1) (b) of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule l to that Act, on and from 30 August 1996, by omitting the name “First State Power” and by inserting instead, in alphabetical order, the name “Delta Electricity’*.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Order is to update the name of an electricity generator. The Order is

made under section 58 of the Act.
