PUBLIC SECTOR EXECUTIVES SUPERANNUATION

ACT 1989—ORDER

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 58 of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 (Additional employers) to that Act:

(a) by omitting the following:

Botany Council

Rockdale Council

(b) by inserting instead, in alphabetical order of employers, the following:

Botany Bay City Council

Rockdale City Council

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order updates the names of Botany Bay City Council and Rockdale City Council

in the list of additional employers in Schedule 1 to the Public Sector Executives

Superannuation Act 1989.
