PUBLIC SECTOR EXECUTIVES SUPERANNUATION ACT

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 58 of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 (Additional employers) to that Act, to take effect on and from 31 December 1993, by inserting in alphabetical order in the list of employers in that Schedule the following names:

Auburn Council
Port Stephens Council

Tamworth City Council

EXPLANATORY NOTE

Schedule 1 to the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989 contains a list of authorities which are employers for the purposes of that Act. The holders of certain designated positions with those employers are eligible to be members of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Fund. This Order adds the names of further employers to the list in that Schedule.
