I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 58 of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 (Additional Employers) to that Act:

(a)	byinserting,inalphabetical order in the list ofemployersinthat Schedule, with effect on and from the date of this Order, the name “Health Administration Corporation”; and
(b)	from 31 December 1993, the following names: Barraba Council Cabonne Council Culcairn Council Fairfield City Council Great Lakes Council Hurstville City Council Jerilderie Council Kempsey Council Newcastle City Council by inserting, inalphabetical order inthat list, with effect on and Shoalhaven City Council

EXPLANATORY NOTE

As a result of the passing of the Superannuation Legislation (Further Amendment) Act 1993, only employers are now listed in Schedule 1 to the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989 and only the holders of certain designated positions with those employers are eligible to be members of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Fund. This Order adds the names of further employers to the list in that Schedule.
