I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State

of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 58 of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 to that Act (Additional employers), by inserting, in alphabetical order in the list of employers in that Schedule, with effect on and from 31 December 1993, the following names:

Drummoyne Council
Goulburn City Council
Grafton City Council
Kyogle Council
Lane Cove Council
Lockhart Council

Nambucca Council

EXPLANATORY NOTE

As a result of the passing of the Superannuation Legislation (Further Amendment) Act 1993, only employers are now listed in Schedule 1 to the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989 and only the holders of certain designated positions with those employers are eligible to be members of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Fund. This Order adds the names of further employers to the list in that Schedule.
