I, Rear Admiral PETER RQSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 58 of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 to that Act (Additional employees and employers) by inserting, in relation to Oxley County Council, immediately below the words “Assistant General Manager”, the following words:

Manager—Administration and Finance
Chief Accountant
Area Engineer—North
Area Engineer—South

Development Engineer

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Order is to add to Schedule 1 (Additional employees and employers) to the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989 the positions of specified employees of the Oxley County Council. As a result of the Order, employees holding those positions will be able to become members of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Fund established under that Act.
