PUBLIC SECTOR EXECUTIVES SUPERANNUATION ACT

1989—ORDER

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 58 of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 (Additional Employees and Employers) to that Act, to take effect on and from the date of this Order:

(a) by inserting, in alphabetical order of employers, the following matter:

General Manager

Director, Transport and Works

Director, Development and	Council of the City
Environment	of Maitland

Director, Corporate Services

Director, Community and

Recreation Services

(b) by inserting at the end of the list of names of positions of employees of the Murray River County Council the following name of the position of an employee:

Director, Administration and Finance

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Order is to enable:

(a) executives of the Council of the City of Maitland; and
(b) an executive of the Murray River County Council,

to elect to become members of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Fund by adding the names of the positions of those executives (and the employer in the case of the Council of the City of Maitland) to Schedule 1 (Additional Employees and Employers) to the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989,

Section 58 of the Act empowers the Governor to make such an order.
