PUBLIC SECTOR EXECUTIVES SUPERANNUATION ACT

1989—ORDER

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State
of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 58 of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 to that Act (Additional employees and employers):

(a) by inserting, in alphabetical order of employers, the following matter:

General Manager

Broken Hill Electricity

Manager, Electricity Supply

(b) by inserting, in relation to Tumut River County Council, immediately below the words “Assistant General Manager” the words “Executive Engineer”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Order is to add to Schedule 1 (Additional employees and
employers) to the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989 the positions
of certain employees of Broken Hill Electricity and Tumut River County Council.
