I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New

South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 58 of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 to that Act (Additional Employees and Employers), to take effect on and from 1 September 1991 by omitting from that Schedule, in relation to the Prospect County Council, the words “Assistant Director, Engineering” and by inserting instead the following words:

Director, Electricity Development

Director, Customer Services and Marketing
