I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 58 of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 to that Act (Additional Employees and Employers), to take effect on and from 27 July 1992, by inserting before the matter relating to the Hunter Water Corporation Limited the following matter:

EXPLANATORY NOTE

Section 58 of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1889 empowers the Governor to make an order mending Schedule 1 by inserting the name of an employer and the names of the positions of employees. Such employees can elect ts

become members of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Fund.

The object of this Order is to:

• insert the name of the Government Pricing Tribunal as an employer in

Schedule 1; and

• insert the names of positions of certain executives of the Tribunal as

employees.
