1989—ORDER

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 58 of the Public Sector Executives Superannuation Act 1989, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 1 to that Act (Additional Employees and Employers), to take effect on and from 17 August 1992, by omitting from that Schedule, in relation to the Prospect County Council, the words “Director, Human Resources” and by inserting instead the words “Manager, Human Resources”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Order is to amend Schedule 1 to the Public Sector Executives

Superannuation Act 1989 to change a reference to the position of Director, Human
Resources of the Prospect County Council to the Manager, Human Resources.
